Overview:

 

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to execute campaigns that drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and generate leads. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for the company, aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and organic posts, to achieve specific business objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on social media channels, ensuring a positive brand image and building relationships with followers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using social media analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent across all social media platforms.
  • Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social presence remains current and effective.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for maximum ROI.

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a solid understanding of major social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and so on.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques is a bonus.
  • Passion for staying on top of the latest trends in content creation and social media.
