Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our B2B SaaS social media initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating and executing effective social media strategies, engaging with enterprise decision-makers, and driving lead generation through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies targeting CXOs and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Use tools like Lemlist and HeyReach for LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through organic and paid campaigns.

Content Creation and Marketing

  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, blogs, whitepapers, and multimedia content with strong hooks.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate high-quality images and videos for posts, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Produce and manage video and audio podcasts to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify intent signals and curate prospect lists from various social channels.
  • Optimize organic lead generation strategies using social listening and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align social media efforts with broader lead generation goals.

Campaign Analysis and Optimization

  • Analyze the performance of published content and campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Webinars and Event Marketing

  • Organize and promote webinars and podcasts via social media to increase audience engagement.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns for virtual events.

Platform Expertise

  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms for B2B marketing.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, and other social media management platforms.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing for B2B SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience targeting CXOs or decision-makers of enterprise products. Added advantage if done for US market
  • Proven track record in organizing webinars, podcasts, and other social media-driven events.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B product space and SaaS and AI industry trends.
  • Exceptional content creation skills with a focus on storytelling and engaging hooks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
